Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 24 hours after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your package is dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all international and domestic US orders.

Estimated Delivery Time : 4 to 9 business days

Please note: Delivery estimates are calculated from the date your package is shipped, not the date the order is placed.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

Tracking your package is simple and can be done directly through your Veloura Luxe Collection account:

Click Account at the top of our website and sign in.
Select your recent order to view its status and click on your Tracking Number.

You will also receive an automated email notification containing your tracking link as soon as your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking activity to update on the carrier's system.

If you haven’t received your package within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at contact@velouraluxecollection.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.

Shipping & Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Veloura Luxe Collection is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer, or for transit delays caused by weather or carrier service disruptions.
